Body Back Open House

Thank you for enrolling for our OPEN HOUSE BODY BACK class!

Get ready to have an awesome, fun and sweaty HITT workout. Please arrive by 6:30pm, bring water and a mat/towel for floor work. We suggest you do not eat after 5:30pm and have a protein snack ready post workout.

We will go over the program and then go directly into our sweat session. We will allow time after class for Q&A's - so plan to wrap it up by 8:30pm.
